Hi, I'm Ruonan Yan, a product designer based in NYC. 🗽 I've been designing for 10 years, with the last 5 focused on e-commerce marketplace.
Most recently, I worked at LiveAuctioneers, a marketplace for art and antique collectors. I led the design of the end-to-end shipping experience through countless tests and research. Before that, I helped millions of tourists discover sightseeing tours at TopView, where I found my passion for designing through deep empathy with users.
