At LiveAuctioneers, an art and antique marketplace, I led the design of the end-to-end shipping experience through countless tests and research, from buyer communication to order management. Before that, I helped millions of tourists discover sightseeing tours at TopView, where I found my passion for designing through deep empathy with users.
